As marketing manager you will be required to work directly with leadership to establish and institute planned marketing projects, tasks and events. The position is based out of our Bridgeville, DE office. Requirements: Home building industry experience is welcomed but not required. Impeccable organizational skills. Proficient in social media. Knowledge of available tools and platforms in the social media space and experience with social media for companies is a plus. Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with ability to learn other programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and friendly, outgoing disposition. Ideal, but not required - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and basic photography. Responsibilities: Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting Insight Homes’ marketing efforts through the execution of customer driven deliverables, demand creation initiatives, sales tools, and digital marketing (website and social media). The Marketing Manager shall provide coordination, content creation and graphic support for sales materials, print & online advertising, and any other type of print or digital media needs. Responsibilities may also include the creation of marketing campaigns, brochures, project profiles, event and trade show collateral, digital signage, or billboards. Job Functions: Graphic Design: Projects of various types including branding, billboards, flyers, promotional material, website, brand collateral & social media materials, etc. Social Media: Manage all company social media accounts including updating and enhancing the Insight Homes social media presence: creation of content/post scheduling, strategy development & growth, and other projects as needed. Website: Assist IT department in editing / publishing pages from content provided by various departments, as well as writing of original content. Email Blasts: Planning, writing copy, and creating layout for eNewsletters and supplemental targeted email blasts. Public Relations: Act as liaison to the press, compose and distribute press releases, organize photo shoots, as well as media pitching and follow-up. Event Marketing: Coordinate all special events including production of all materials and signage. Model Homes: Work with sales staff to ensure that our best foot is forward when potential customers visit model homes, ensure proper marketing materials are stocked, and the needs of the sales team are met in regards to being able to convey our messaging to potential customers with marketing materials. Community Signage: Manage the creation and installation of all community signage including main marquees, burma shaves and directionals. Negotiate vendor, creative and production services to maximize quality at fair costs. Direct all advertising, promotions and printing activities of vendors. Create and monitor marketing & advertising budgets to reach goals. Evaluate the success of various marketing and sales programs through structured research: analyze research results and present findings in concise and meaningful reports. Recommend strategies from which immediate action can be taken.
