Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

We're currently seeking a full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our three communities in St. George, Utah running smoothly while providing excellent service to our residents. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained communities for our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Performing repairs and upkeep in resident homes and common areas Preparing vacant units for new residents Handling routine grounds care and community maintenance Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly Supporting the community's overall appearance and functionality What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. Here are the qualities and skills that will help you succeed: Strong problem-solving and time management abilities Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude Ability to work independently and proactively Basic computer knowledge Clear communication in English, both written and spoken Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance, and wall repair is a plus (but not required) Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is helpful If you're ready to make a real difference in the communities you serve while building your career with a supportive company, we'd love to hear from you.
