Ship Production Support Analyst

Pioneering Evolution is seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to support a major naval program office in overseeing shipyard production and assisting Foreign National partners in the construction of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Multi-Mission Surface Combatants (MMSCs). The analyst will provide production analysis, shipyard performance assessments, and program integration support while also assisting in day-to-day office operations. This position requires a Secret Clearance and is based in Marinette, WI. Responsibilities: Apply expertise in production management to analyze industry data, ship production trends, forecasts, and progress. Assess shipyard manning profiles, identify shortfalls by trade, and evaluate impacts on production schedules. Escort Naval Systems Group (NSG) personnel through the shipyard and support assessments of progress and milestone completion. Assist in planning and executing production meetings, reviews, and updates. Integrate program data, assess shipyard performance and schedule adherence, and prepare briefings on emerging issues. Conduct shipyard visits to monitor production progress and compliance with milestones. Participate in production progress meetings, production reviews, quality assurance sessions, test planning, and other key discussions. Provide production support in quality program planning, implementation, and assessment. Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and security cooperation case efforts for PMS 525. Provide office management support to PMS 525 leadership and staff. Required Experience: U.S. Citizenship. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance. 20+ years of experience with U.S. Navy ships and shipboard systems in new construction, acquisition, production, and life cycle sustainment. Hands-on experience in a Naval shipyard production facility environment. Familiarity with Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP) and U.S. Navy command processes for inspection and acceptance of new construction ships. Strong knowledge of U.S. Navy standards and best practices for program management and shipboard configuration, including design changes, construction, and modifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a team. Ability to engage with foreign military officers in a diplomatic and professional manner. Experience developing and delivering presentations to large groups. Prior program/production management experience with Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) or Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) programs. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) management and security cooperation experience. Desired Experience: Experience supporting U.S. Navy acquisition program offices or international shipbuilding programs. Familiarity with international defense partnerships and cross-cultural collaboration in shipbuilding projects. Understanding of quality assurance processes, audits, and corrective action planning in a shipyard environment. Experience briefing senior military and civilian leadership on program performance and production issues. Knowledge of contracting processes, cost analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience mentoring or training junior staff in production management or shipyard operations.
