Principal Solution Developer

As a CACI Senior Solution Developer, you will provide solution and proposal development support across CACI's Technology & Solutions Group (TSG), ensuring CACI proposals provide compelling, executable solutions that receive favorable evaluations from Government customers within the DoD, IC, and IA marketplaces. You will collaborate closely with members of the TSG, Capture Managers, Line leaders and Line SMEs from CACI's seven Lines of Business (LOBs), as well as proposal development teams on assigned opportunities. You will be required to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts virtually and in-person. Responsibilities

Develop a Solution with BD, Capture and Line that is Complete, Compelling and Responsive to Government Needs and Requirements: Team with Line SME(s) to identify and build solutions that address customer/stakeholder hot buttons, critical issues, and stated requirements Take lead in documenting all solution artifacts, plans, graphics Work directly with Line SMEs, other Solution Developers, Capture Manager, Line leadership on: Win strategy, customer research, solution development/Shaping planning, white papers, technical research Align Documents, Artifacts and Plan from Solution Development into DRFP and RFP Responses: Develop easily scorable strengths that focus solution development efforts Conduct Solution-to-Proposal Alignment Storyboard development Annotated Mock-up (AMU) development Transitioning Storyboards and AMUs to proposal documents Manage Implementation of Solution Content Throughout the Proposal Process: Serve as a "volume lead" and own document out the door, developing the solution with team and crafting the response (rewriting text, writing text, conceptualizing graphics, working to page count) Make solution 'scorable' to win (distilling solutions into text, writing text, conceptualizing graphics, working to page count) Ensure proposal document reflects approved solution Qualifications

Required: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences Degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of relevant work experience with the federal government/DoD/IC/IA and/or federal contracting companies. Successful experience supporting or participating in the solution development process for Federal contracts. Must have a minimum of an Interim Secret security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI. Desired: Minimum of 2 years of Federal solution development/architect experience in a government contracting environment for multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals ranging in value from $50M to $2B+. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
