Job Title
Develop, evaluate, and improve cold heading and forming processes to enhance production efficiency and quality. Design and specify tooling and equipment for both new and existing parts. Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to minimize scrap and downtime. Analyze production data and recommend process improvements. Assist with machine setup procedures and process documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 25 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for cold heading or metal forming. Familiarity with cold heading machines such as National, Waterbury, or Sacma and tooling. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or similar. The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
