Digital Analytics Tag Management Specialist
The Digital Analytics Tag Management Specialist will work within the Digital team to deploy and maintain tags for paid media attribution and experience tags for click behavior analysis. This role will champion tagging best practices and partner closely with analysts, marketers, and development to ensure our data collection efforts support Cambria's marketing and digital sales strategies. They will also be expected to be product owner for our BigQuery projects and support analysis for ongoing initiatives. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Implementation: Deploy new tags, triggers, and variables across Cambria web properties and keep them updated as web experiences evolve. Campaign Attribution: Support marketing campaigns by setting up tracking for various conversions, events, and user interactions. Help evolve our attribution strategy from client to server-side attribution and moving from first/last touch to multitouch. Maintenance/Auditing/Debugging: Regularly update and optimize GTM container and GTM configurations to ensure data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Compliance and Privacy: Ensure implementations comply with data protections standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and user privacy standards. Documentation & Training: Document changes to data collection that impact analysis and train others on how to use data in analysis. Analysis: Support analysis using page pathing, segmentation, conversion funnels, and other tactics to articulate how users are navigating digital experiences. Ownership: Act as subject matter expert for Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and BigQuery. Qualifications & Skills:
Passion for data collection, campaign attribution, and web behavior analysis 3+ years experience in Google Tag Manager and GA4 Experience working with web development teams (AEM a plus) Experience with A/B testing (a plus) Experience with data warehousing solutions like Google BigQuery (a plus) Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Minimum Requirements:

A/BS Degree or Associate Degree in related field Experience:

Less than 5% travel within the United States Cambria's starting salary for this position is $55,000 - $72,000. Salary/Pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
