Leasing Agent
Are you outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people find a place to call home? Nxt Property Management is looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team at Goldstone Apartments in Clearfield, UT. This position is all about building strong relationships with prospective and current residents while keeping our community running smoothly. A day in the role: Be the first point of contact for prospects through tours, phone conversations, and online leads Ensure excellent service by following up quickly and supporting residents with their needs Coordinate work order requests and maintain accurate resident records Assist with office tasks to keep operations organized and efficient What we offer: Pay starting at $18 per hour (DOE) with performance-based bonuses Ongoing training opportunities and support from our corporate team Full-time benefits package with: Health, dental, and vision coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time What we're looking for: Familiarity with Fair Housing standards At least 6 months of sales experience Previous multifamily leasing or housing background (6+ months preferred) Knowledge of Entrata software is a plus A motivated professional with a customer-first mindset If you're ready to join a company that values teamwork, growth, and great service, we want to hear from you!
