Design, implement, and manage training programs that support employee development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs and deliver impactful solutions. Support performance management and talent development strategies aligned with Epson's business goals. Facilitate workshops, onboarding programs, and learning events that reflect Epson's values and culture. Lead culture-building initiatives that foster inclusion, engagement, and alignment with Epson's values. Lead the employee experience survey process, including strategy, execution, and action planning. Use data and feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives and measure success. Oversee mentorship programs that connect employees across levels and functions to promote learning and collaboration. Champion employee recognition and development programs that celebrate contributions and support career growth. Drive sustainability and community engagement efforts, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to make a meaningful impact. What You Bring

Proven experience in organizational development, training, or HR-related roles. Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools. Project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning programs. Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess program effectiveness to help improve company culture. Ability to collaborate across departments and influence at all levels. A passion for helping others grow and succeed. Familiarity with learning technologies and instructional design is a plus. Why Epson?

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $73,114 and $91,391. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
