What You Will Need as a Managing Consultant: BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work or consulting experience with large global pharma or biotech clients.

In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly drug development and launch processes.

Strong analytical skills to dissect complex information, identify critical issues, and devise effective strategies.

Exceptional communication skills for presenting strategic recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management.

Expertise in key life sciences areas such as Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access, and/or Commercial Strategy.

Over 2 years of experience managing project teams, overseeing work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets.

A track record of successfully mentoring and coaching junior staff and actively guiding their career development.

Willingness to travel to client sites within the US, up to 20% of the time.

Authorization to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

What You Will Need as a Senior Consultant: BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant work or consulting experience with global or mid-sized pharma/biotech clients.

Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its development and launch phases.

Expertise in one or more key life sciences areas: Oncology, Data Analytics, Global Market Access, or Commercial Strategy.

Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Excel and Access, to inform and guide client decisions.

Ability to work independently while still collaborating closely with management. Experience managing project components and supporting junior team members is essential.

Willingness to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20% of the time.

Authorization to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

What Would Be Nice To Have: Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MBA, MS).

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Collaborative team player mindset.

Demonstrated client management experience, with the ability to deepen client relationships and identify additional business opportunities.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00, with compensation dependent on various factors including experience, skill sets, and organizational needs.
