This role is categorized as HYBRID. The successful candidate is expected to report to GM Warren - 7000 building three times per week, at minimum. This role may be eligible for relocation benefits. About GM Energy: GMs energy team launched in 2021 and is rapidly growing. GM Energy products and solutions include energy infrastructure assets (such as energy storage and integrated charging systems), vehicle-to-grid capabilities, and software platforms needed to operate and aggregate these assets on the grid. GM Energy launched its retail product line in 2024 to provide integrated charging and energy solutions for residential customers. Support the team in delivering best-in-class EV charging experiences within the GM Energy Public Charging network. Collaborate with internal and external partners, manage and interpret data, create reports, and share data with stakeholders to support data integrity and initiatives. Execute solutions to optimize the public EV charging experience and deliver on commitments. Communicate relevant information to leadership; present critical strategic information and navigate ambiguity; develop solutions to complex business-critical issues. Process a broad array of inputs into strategy; facilitate and manage cross-functional project teams focused on improving customer experience around EV charging for home, public, dealers, and fleets. Build a strong network of external relationships across the EV ecosystem (suppliers, consultants, analysts, utilities, regulators, and other stakeholders). Identify connections between key stakeholders in the business ecosystem, including new entrants, regulators, and competitors. Research business and customer experience opportunities adjacent to current EV opportunities; develop growth strategies balancing customer and other requirements. Synthesize engaging insights and analyses into short, clear PowerPoint decks and present to key decision-makers. Work collaboratively with engineering, program management, and other internal groups to craft and execute strategies that optimize the charging experience. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred. 3+ years of professional experience with automotive OEM in an electrification-based role, EV charging company, utility, or organization focused on EV/customer experience. Comfortable working in whitespace and open to new approaches to achieve solutions. Ability to understand business concepts, evaluate opportunities, and create project plans; strong business acumen and strategic agility. Ability to work with all levels within General Motors globally and across functional boundaries (finance, purchasing, vehicle development, legal), including senior leaders. Action-oriented and able to deal with ambiguity; motivates others and works well cross-functionally.
