Job Title: Technical Lead Syndigo Platform
Overview
International is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to oversee the implementation, configuration, and support of the Syndigo product content syndication platform. This role will be responsible for leading technical delivery across multiple workstreams, including supplier onboarding, data validation, taxonomy management, and integration with systems such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), and digital asset repositories.
Key Responsibilities Platform Leadership
Serve as the technical SME for the Syndigo platform, leading configuration, deployment, and support activities.
Drive the implementation of Syndigo s taxonomy and data syndication workflows, ensuring alignment with internal data models and business rules.
Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to Syndigo workflows, blob storage, and API integrations.
Integration & Data Management
Design and manage integrations between Syndigo and internal systems (e.g., ADF pipelines, Oracle PIM).
Oversee data validation processes for parts and image loads, ensuring completeness and accuracy across environments.
Collaborate with Syndigo and internal teams to manage blob container configurations, taxonomy updates, and full data exports.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Partner with product owners, business analysts, and vendor teams to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.
Support pilot readiness efforts, including supplier onboarding, system validation, and training coordination.
Participate in steering committee updates and provide technical input on project milestones and risk mitigation.
Operational Support
Monitor Syndigo platform health and coordinate with vendors on release notifications and incident response.
Maintain documentation for configuration, deployment, and operational readiness.
Support KTLO (Keep The Lights On) activities and small enhancements post go-live.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7 years of experience in technical leadership roles, with at least 2 years working with Syndigo or similar product content syndication platforms.
Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), blob storage, and API-based integrations.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JSON) and data transformation workflows.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automotive or heavy-duty parts content management.
Knowledge of PIES/ACES standards and supplier onboarding processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
