Join Eastridge Workforce Solutions, a leader in staffing solutions, as a Full-Desk / 360 Recruiter in our Professional Direct Hire division. We are seeking an energetic and driven individual to engage in a full-cycle recruitment process to help individuals build meaningful careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit for a variety of positions, from executive to entry-level roles.
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies.
Conduct interviews in-person or via video to connect with top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placement and offer stages.
Create engaging job postings and grow our online presence to attract ideal candidates.
Advise clients and candidates on current market trends.
Organize HR events to enhance brand awareness in the community.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
Generate leads through prospecting calls, emails, and messaging.
Qualify new leads and manage the sales funnel effectively.
Build relationships with clients and grow your client pipeline to meet growth targets.
Participate in networking events to boost brand visibility.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand presence in target markets.
Account Management:
Establish excellent relationships with hiring managers and clients.
Gather detailed job descriptions by effectively probing clients.
Maintain client and candidate loyalty through regular communication and follow-ups.
Promote top candidates to new and existing clients.
Engage dormant accounts to reactivate partnerships.
Conduct in-person client visits to strengthen relationships and better understand business needs.
Achieve a target of $25,000 in gross profit per month through successful placements.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in staffing sales.
A strong commitment to excellence in your role.
A dedication to data integrity and tracking information accurately.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Full-Desk / 360 Recruitment.
Experience recruiting for Professional and/or Technical roles.
