In your role as Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee patient care delivery within Perioperative Services, acting as a clinical resource and administrator during the absence of unit leaders or when addressing care-related matters. Your responsibilities will include facilitating efficient daily operations regarding patient throughput, admissions, discharges, and transfers. You will champion a culture centered on safety and quality by ensuring adherence to established standards, protocols, policies, and procedures. Collaborating with the Patient Care Director, you will contribute to setting both short and long-term goals for the units, aligning them with the broader strategic goals of the hospital. Additional duties include monitoring staff compliance with regulatory, hospital, and divisional requirements. This is a full-time evening position (1PM-11PM) requiring rotating weekends, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Preferred Criteria Master's Degree in a related field

Experience in pre-operative, post-operative, or critical care settings

Required Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Current New York State Registered Nurse license

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
