As a Living Manager at CS Living, you will coordinate and deliver leasing and reservations activities that achieve budgeted revenue, occupancy priorities, resident retention and leasing goals. You will lead the team by example to build a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community for residents. Primary Responsibilities
Always acts as a role model by demonstrating the core values Leads the team toward achieving leasing goals and occupancy; assists the Community Manager in their absence, ensuring work is organized and executed in line with CS Living expectations Possesses brand knowledge and awareness, ensuring the team acts as brand ambassadors Works with marketing to shape local marketing and leasing strategies based on market data; ensures campaigns, advertising and promotions are effectively implemented Interacts with residents to proactively improve service levels Uses property systems to generate sales and leasing reports and monitors unit availability data for accuracy Monitors website/email traffic and ensures leads are followed up by the leasing team Stays informed about market and competitor conditions affecting occupancy and results Oversees on-site enquiries, maintains an inventory of "ready" apartments, recommends rent pricing and concessions, and monitors day-to-day sales and leasing activities Participates in the leasing process by generating traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing lease/renewal documents, and processing move-in/move-out and notices to vacate in accordance with policies Promotes resident satisfaction by timely responding to questions, requests and complaints and addressing service issues Coordinates periodic apartment inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees and other charges within the lease terms Monitors payments and pursues outstanding rent while promoting resident extensions and other revenue streams Develops the capability of team members to meet key performance goals and future succession Coordinates with Learning & Development to ensure training is provided and addresses performance as required Works with maintenance to ensure the community meets CS Living standards and coordinates show-ready units for market alignment and tours Reviews financial and operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance Ensures compliance with company policies and fair housing laws and regulations Knowledge And Skills Requirements
Experience driving leasing/sales performance and managing operations Experience motivating a team and delivering service excellence in a similar management role Ability to coach and mentor team members Strong team player who can also work autonomously Flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment Self-aware with strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills Fluent English in verbal and written communication Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize Numerical skills to complete leasing activities Desire to deliver exceptional experience to stakeholders and continuously improve knowledge Knowledge of Yardi CRM, Voyager, Microsoft Office Suite, and key fob systems Work Hours
Will normally work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends; hours may vary to meet business needs. Work Location
Onsite at our properties. Team members work in an office environment but may have exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous. Compensation And Benefits
