Machine Adjuster
Shift/Hours:
6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating shifts
Pay Rate:
$20/hour

Marietta, GA Machine Adjuster Job Summary: The Machine Adjuster is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate operation. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Machine Adjuster Responsibilities: Set up and adjust production machinery according to specifications and production schedules. Perform routine adjustments to maintain machine accuracy and efficiency. Install, align, and level machinery components. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions. Repair or replace defective parts and components. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Use measuring tools and instruments to verify machine accuracy. Machine Adjuster Requirements: High level of mechanical inclination. Must possess 1 year of machine adjusting experience. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Work closely with production operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors. Maintain accurate records of machine adjustments, maintenance, and repairs. Machine Adjuster Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Adjuster or in a similar role. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00
