This role requires strong expertise in PLC programming, industrial electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs on manufacturing equipment, including PLC-controlled systems, motors, conveyors, and utility systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Install, maintain, and repair machinery and physical structures using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, inspections, and part usage in the CMMS. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades. Operate machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine) to fabricate or repair parts. Follow and enforce LOTO procedures, OSHA regulations, and GMP standards. Respond to emergency breakdowns, including nights and weekends if required. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred. Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role. Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), industrial electrical systems, and automation. Experience with welding, fabrication, HVAC, and refrigeration systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
