Coordinate, schedule and conduct training for new hires and current employees in enrollment and advising Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and stakeholders Manage training to support any certification and development program as applicable Collaborate with leaders on the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes by developing compliant training curriculum Produce training materials to support instructional designers for in-house courses; amend and revise materials as necessary to adapt to changes Facilitate the execution of all training plans Evaluate training effectiveness through continuous feedback from Enrollment and Advising teams Conduct new hire training and assist the Project Manager with the creation of a training plan for new hires Build relationships and rapport with local functional resources critical to project success by communicating direction, plans and tasks and maintaining customer relationships at the local level Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and Leaders to ensure smooth implementation of training programs Identify and address obstacles that impact training effectiveness Track and document completion of work plan activities by communicating project progress and issues to project management, especially those affecting resources, scheduling, scope, and delivery Take a lead role in facilitating change management efforts for specific projects and initiatives Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required Experience with training and presenting (sales or customer service environment preferred) Knowledge of current systems preferred At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified Periodic travel may be required depending on the needs of the business and scheduled in-person training sessions Additional Information

The expected salary range for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
