Senior Field Marketing Manager
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and deployment of new unit, franchise, & local marketing plans for Take 5 Oil Change as it continues to grow its footprint across the US, as well as assist in leading and developing a team of field marketing professionals. Responsibilities
Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel store opening campaigns through all conduits, i.e. email, print, digital media (search, social, display, video)
P&L ownership of all new unit opening funds
Cross functionally work with media and promotions to optimize opening strategy
Management of external vendors and internal team to execute grand opening marketing plans
Address opportunities for local shop marketing based on unique barriers to penetration
Execution and further development of local marketing playbook for franchises and new corporate locations
Development and cadence for franchise and corporate field team communication for grand opening and ongoing performance reviews
Be influential in presenting and gaining support for plans across multiple constituents such as operations, franchises and executive leadership
Highly articulate in both oral and written communications, with the interpretive/analytical skills to convert charts, graphs and research findings into a story appropriate for leadership level audiences
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, economics, engineering or related field; Preferred MBA or commensurate experience.
5+ years of relevant experience, 2-3 years experience as a Brand Marketing Manager; Strong marketing background with proven results
Experienced in leadership & people management
Conceptualization and implementation skills relating to new strategies
Proficient analytical problem-solving skills ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans
Solid knowledge of franchise operations a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative working style to interface with multiple business partners
Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management/leaders
