Spo Occupancy Planner

The Occupancy Planner will collaborate closely with the space planning team and GRE Strategy to support tactical planning initiatives. This role involves delivery of top-tier Space and Occupancy Planning services, effectively managing the supply, capacity, and demand of the client's global space portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in space and occupancy planning. Principle Responsibilities: Direct the overall planning and development of new spatial activities and the activities of current projects and programs within assigned Region and sites. Work closely with peers on the account leadership team, other service lines, and client representatives regarding proper staffing, future projects, and maintaining proper client relationships. Prepare operational presentations and reports illustrating space pipeline, progress, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations. Conduct meetings with clients, Space Team members and cross functional account members for inform, consult, request action, and seek approval with internal and client stakeholders. Ensure compliance with core program standards all C&W tools, processes, templates, and outputs standardized and customized to the client. Demonstrate proactive solutioning through root cause analysis, solution development, evaluation of options, and alternatives and recommendation of the best course of action for projects, processes, and overall program operations. Collaborate with IFM, PDS, and client GRE leadership for alignment and day-to-day operations. Recommend adjustments to processes when misalignment is identified. Make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Direct development of program tools and deliverables, which accomplish recommended solutions. Provide effective space planning solutions and move management delivery for all project types (expansions, relocations, consolidations, refreshes); client relationship management; vendor relationship management, talent management; and resource utilization. Direct the development of planning proposals, site assessment for space efficiencies, utilization metrics, and supply and demand studies. Direct and delivery of project activities, including relations, restacks, renovations, and consolidations. Establish goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised. Oversee personnel and spatial data for the designated region/site, ensuring that drawings and space classifications are accurately reflected in the tool. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project or technology coordination preferred with strong knowledge of move process and furniture systems or facility management experience. Zero to four years' experience in a corporate real estate environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services. Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Assumes ownership of requests in order to ensure successful completion. Strong attention to detail and quality with ability to handle concurrent projects with minimal supervision and direction.
