to elevate our client experience in Greensboro. As a senior team member based in our Greensboro office, you'll act as the main point of contact for a diverse client baseguiding them through onboarding, handling ongoing service needs, and working closely with advisors, operations, and compliance teams. To succeed, you should have: 3+ years in financial services, with hands-on experience in client service, operations, or support Excellent verbal/written communication with solid phone and office etiquette Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based research Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, follow-through, and relationship-building Knowledge of compliance protocols and financial regulations Your responsibilities as the Senior Client Service Representative: Act as the main point of contact for client needs and life events Support day-to-day client needs in collaboration with the Operations Team, including funding, RMDs, gifting, and online access Onboard new clients by setting up accounts, cash flow, and digital tools Collaborate with advisors on planning for significant life changes Coordinate client meetings - scheduling, prep, and follow-up Ensure full compliance with firm policies and industry regulations Build strong, trusted client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and follow-through Ready to take the next step in your career journey?
