Demand Generation Manager

to lead its digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This strategic role will be pivotal in driving pipeline growth through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns and close alignment with sales and revenue teams. Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with marketing and revenue goals. Identify and target high-potential customer segments to drive lead acquisition and pipeline growth. Manage and optimize campaigns across email, content, webinars, social, PPC, and display channels. Leverage HubSpot to build workflows, manage campaigns, and track performance and attribution. Collaborate with sales to improve lead scoring, handoff processes, and conversion rates. Create targeted content and nurture programs to engage prospects and re-activate cold leads. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI. Maintain CRM data integrity and oversee HubSpot user management, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects to drive revenue and operational efficiency. Stay up-to-date on demand gen trends and bring innovative ideas to improve results. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing (preferably in a SaaS or tech environment). Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven track record executing successful demand gen campaigns that convert. Expertise in HubSpot (marketing, sales, CRM), including workflows, email, reporting, and landing page creation. Familiarity with other marketing platforms (e.g., 6sense). Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO/SEM, and modern website marketing best practices. Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing metrics. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
