Job Description
Torch Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain software tools for analyzing Missile Defense test data for MDA/IC. This role involves designing GUIs, processing and analyzing data, and implementing solutions across multiple technologies. Responsibilities Designs, develops and analyzes complicated and difficult software programs for computer based systems Design and develop GUIs, data processing routines, analytical algorithms, and REST services Contribute to database design and automation solutions Develop frameworks supporting multiple MDA/IC technologies Apply modern object-oriented design patterns to optimize software Utilize technologies such as Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver on schedule
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines 5years of software development experience developing Windows applications using .Net/C# Experience developing software tools using Visual Studio Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
