How you'll contribute A People Services Business Partnerwho excels in this role: The People Services Business Partner will service Lourdes Medical Center and Lourdes behavioral Health.

The People Services Business Partner is responsible for advising the workforce on Human Resources and payroll related policies and programs.

This position will consult with, coach and advise managers on HR activities, employee issues and concerns.

The People Services Business Partner will play a critical role in identifying, developing and implementing employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs for HR data/analytics, and will advise on industry trends and best practice.

Coordinate and oversee departmental projects (local projects and HSC led projects) Provide knowledgeable counsel to managers and employees regarding all aspects of Human Resources Legal and Regulatory Obligations

General Human Resources Department Responsibilities Assist with training new staff members on all systems.

What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree required. (Master's Degree preferred. PHR/SPHR Preferred)

Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of direct employee relations experience including demonstrated knowledge of labor laws including, but not limited to, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and FMLA preferred.

Experience in a healthcare environment utilizing the tenants of Just Culture strongly preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
