We are seeking an experienced

Google Ads Strategist

to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving effective and innovative Google Ads campaigns tailored to the needs of our healthcare clients. Success in this position relies on your ability to analyze data, interpret results, and take strategic actions to optimize performance. A strong focus on

data-driven decision-making

and campaign insights is essential. Job Role:

Create, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities and refine targeting strategies. Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative visuals to maximize click-through and conversion rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, applying insights for continuous improvement. Set up and manage conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and remarketing campaigns to re-engage leads effectively. Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for user experience and conversions. Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep Avanmed at the forefront of healthcare marketing. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including actionable insights for stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in

Marketing

(with a focus on digital marketing),

Data Analysis , or

Computer Science , or equivalent professional experience. At least

2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

with measurable results. Google Ads Certification

with expertise in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and data analysis. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to interpret metrics and adjust campaigns effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign automation, and performance tracking. APPLICATION
