The JOB:

As a Front Desk Guest Service Agent you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Front Desk Agents proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Front Desk Agent is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Guest Service Agent with the flexibility to work all shifts, including overnight shifts as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience, handling day-to-day front desk operations, and performing nightly audits with accuracy and efficiency.

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Front Desk Agent requires skills such as patience, empathy and a desire to take care of others.

The OFFER:

The rate of pay for the Front Desk Agent is $25.00 per hour. This is an On-Call position.

Refined verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule availability (Days, Swings,Overnights, weekends and holidays) Resolve Guest complaints promptly and effectively Previous front desk experience is plus Hotel experience is plus Ability to stand for long periods
