Adecco is hiring immediately for a Warehouse role with our client in Memphis, TN. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you! The Parts Cage Clerk is responsible for managing and safeguarding maintenance inventory within the parts cage. This role ensures accurate documentation, secure access, and timely distribution of parts to maintenance personnel, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

Parts Cage Security & Access Control: Ensure all gates within the parts cage are closed and locked at all times. Carry a live walkie-talkie radio at all times, including during in-house breaks, unless relieved by authorized personnel. Restrict access to non-maintenance personnel unless authorized by a manager or parts coordinator. Deny access to maintenance personnel unless assistance is needed to identify a part; clerk must accompany technician during such instances. Document all parts distributed during the shift on corresponding work orders. Work Order Management: Verify that technicians have created a work order ticket before issuing parts. Accurately enter part numbers into the work order system. In emergency situations, create work orders on behalf of technicians when necessary. Inventory Control: Cycle Counts & Bin Audits: Perform scheduled cycle counts and bin audits as assigned. Immediately update inventory quantities in the e-maint system upon discovering discrepancies. Record all discrepancies on the PM work order during audits. Kitting Operations: Prepare kits prior to the start of the next shift. Ensure each kit contains only the parts listed on the assigned work order. Stage kits in the designated kitting area. Use one tote per work order; do not combine multiple kits in a single tote. Receiving Duties: Inspect all incoming materials for damage and document any issues. Verify quantities against packing slips and retain slips for submission to the Parts Coordinator. Store received parts in correct locations or kit as needed, and update records in e-maint. Housekeeping: Perform daily dusting and floor sweeping to maintain a clean workspace. Keep staging areas neat and organized, ensuring a uniform appearance. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred. Familiarity with maintenance work order systems (e.g., e-maint) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow strict protocols. Pay Details: $18.00 per hour.
