Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Description

As a Scraper Operator, you will be responsible for cutting to grade by driving across the earth and scraping it into a holding bowl for removal or relocation.

Your work hours will be from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for Saturday work and extended hours up to 14-hour days depending on workload and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate MTS 3630 Wheeled or Track Scrapers and other heavy equipment.

Perform rough grading work on commercial job sites.

Conduct pre-inspection and end-of-day inspection of equipment.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience operating scrapers on commercial job sites with mass grading.

Experience with MTS 745 with pan CAT 627 or CAT 637.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with paddle wheel operations is a unique and valuable skill.

Familiarity with civil and commercial construction sites.

Understanding of grading, earthwork, and earthmoving processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
