Main Duties & Responsibilities
Principal Responsibilities
To perform all duties of an Expeditor for the company under the direction of Material Director.
Specific work Duties/Essential Functions: Performs in accordance with well established guidelines, necessary functions to assure scheduled completion of materials or parts in an assigned area or to estimate shortages in an assigned department. Daily inventories of work centers Cycle count support as needed Acts in a liaison capacity between departments. To assist in estimation of bottlenecks or heavy workload in any particular cost center. Keeps well informed on where assigned parts are always, and reports to team. Interprets and implements schedules as established by Planning. May on occasion be assigned temporarily to a specific program or customer account for purposes of "Special Handling". Shipping/Stockroom Support as needed. Performs other reasonable tasks as assigned.
Minimum Education/ Experience:
High School Degree plus 3 or more years of experience as expeditor/inventory control
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
3 or more years in manufacturing environment, Microsoft office, word, and excel experience. Work in team environment. Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Essential Physical/Mental Abilities Required:
Employee is required to sit, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, talk and hear. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

The pay range for this position is from $20.00 to $30.58 (hourly). Qualifications
