We're looking for a Consultant within the Partner Solutions team, who will play a key role in developing and delivering scalable, innovative solutions using the Orgvue platform. You will collaborate with our strategic Partners to design and deliver solutions that address complex business challenges, contributing to the evolution of the Orgvue platform and the value we deliver across the partner ecosystem. With strong technical expertise and business acumen, you will take ownership of solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery outcomes, while continuing to grow your skills and influence future product capabilities through structured feedback and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. Responsibilities: Support solution architecture for Partner needs and large-scale initiatives, contributing to technical outcomes from discovery through deployment. Develop expertise in the Orgvue platform to provide technical support and guidance to Partners and internal stakeholders, building toward becoming a trusted authority. Assist in translating Partner requirements into scalable solution designs and reusable assets (e.g., packs, APIs, templates, documentation). Share Partner and market feedback to help shape the Partner Solutions team's roadmap, with opportunities to grow into a thought leadership role over time. Support solution builds by contributing to quality, scalability, and alignment with product best practices, with opportunities to take on greater ownership over time. Mentor junior colleagues, providing technical and strategic oversight across projects. Create and deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Experience teams to influence platform development and support go-to-market readiness.
