We are seeking a
junior associate
with
3-4 years of experience
in
corporate/commercial transactions and/or real estate
to join our dynamic and growing firm. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to develop their skills in a sophisticated yet flexible work environment, without the demands of a large law firm. Key Qualifications
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate to gain hands-on experience working on
complex business and real estate transactions
