Communications & Product Launches Execute brand and product messaging strategies in collaboration with stakeholders Localize global assets for the U.S. market Develop and deploy marketing materials across paid and owned channels Create toolkits and governance materials to ensure alignment with brand strategy Strategy & Briefs Partner with CSMI to generate insights and improve communications Build execution strategies and develop creative briefs for agency partners Project Management Align with cross-functional teams including Consumer Marketing, Media, Digital, Shopper, PR/Social, and Product Management Ensure brand and legal compliance Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations Lead projects with clarity and integrate feedback for campaign effectiveness Creative Deployment Develop and govern creative strategies across consumer touchpoints Oversee versioning of campaign assets into actionable toolkits Ensure consistency and cohesion across the consumer experience journey Budget Management Adhere to financial, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance processes Performance Standards Deliver industry-leading creative execution Meet financial, brand health, and in-market objectives Execute projects on time and within budget Achieve KPIs aligned with leadership Qualifications
8+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in digital marketing or advertising Experience in consumer, shopper/retail marketing preferred Agency and client-side experience strongly preferred Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration Strong project management and communication skills Advanced PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) Copywriting skills a plus What Were Looking For
