Manage the entire recruitment cycle for diverse roles across multiple sectors Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status Keep accurate records of recruitment activities for reporting purposes Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently managing multiple clients and roles Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Proficiency in online sourcing methods Proactive and adaptable to changing hiring dynamics Benefits
