We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and energetic individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy engaging with the community. Crunch is more than a gymits a fitness experience that fuses fun and exercise while embracing a No Judgments philosophy. Pre-Sale Associates play a crucial role in building excitement and growing our membership before a new club opens. What Youll Do As a Brand Ambassador
Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand. Generate leads through conversations and community engagement. Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like distributing flyers and managing social media presence. Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and the grand opening party. Act with integrity by collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members. Who Were Looking For
Outgoing and energetic personalityyou love talking to people! Organized and detail-orientedyou get things done efficiently. Service-minded and team-orientedyou thrive in a collaborative environment. Professional and self-motivatedyou take initiative and lead by example. Effective communicatorboth in person and online. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required. Willing to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods when needed. Must have a valid drivers license and dependable transportation. Perks & Benefits
