Workday Hris Analyst
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support the day-to-day operations and long-term enhancements of a Workday Human Capital Management system. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday, with a focus on system configuration, reporting, dashboard development, and continuous process improvement across multiple HR modules. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to help optimize HR technology and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, preferably benefits and payroll modules. Design, test, and implement new or revised business processes and system configurations to meet evolving business needs. Build and maintain both scheduled and ad hoc reports in Workday. Support recurring HR functions such as open enrollment, performance reviews, compensation planning, and goal setting. Maintain and monitor system data integrity, including tables, codes, backups, and security compliance. Partner with HRIS and IT team members to support system integrations, user access/security, and Workday release management. Collaborate with HR to identify opportunities for configuration and reporting enhancements. Provide technical support and training resources to end-users. Ensure compliance with data privacy, integrity, and security standards. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 25 years of technical HRIS experience, with 25 years of hands-on experience specifically in Workday, specifically configuring the benefits and payroll modules.
