We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that support our clients' goals and our internal growth initiatives. You will play a key role in campaign planning, content development, market research, and performance analysis to elevate brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop promotional materials Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs Manage budgets and timelines for multiple concurrent marketing projects Assist in the creation of brand strategies and client proposals Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and effectiveness Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency experience is a plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing software) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Benefits
