Grow Your Career Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising standards; process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Initiate and participate in store recovery; maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety awareness and a safe environment. Support shrink reduction goals and programs; participate in safety and loss prevention activities. Other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience preferred. Benefits
