What You Will Do

Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs Sourcing qualified STEM professionals through various recruiting tools Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles Perform relationship-building activities, including coaching your consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining contact to ensure satisfaction and engagement Maintain a network of consultants with top industry-specific skill sets Build trusted relationships with STEM professionals to be seen as a career partner What We Offer
