Prepare documentation for internal reviews and act as contractual point of contact with our customers. Prepare and submit proposals to customers. Conduct commercial negotiations and incorporate results into existing contracts. Pursue and conclude any past due commercial claims with the customer. Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance of out-of-scope work with program management, finance, procurement, engineering, quality and the Director of Contracts as required. Direct the work of Contract Administrators and other respective administrative staff. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in project management, contract management, or program management. Experience working with utility contracts. Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Skills
