DAYS/HOURS REQUIRED:
TUESDAY - SATURDAY, 8AM - 5PM Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced sales and customer service professional for a 200-unit community. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in property management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interview prospective residents, record information, and input into the computer. Guide prospects through model apartments, discussing layout, facilities, location benefits, and lease terms. Qualify prospective residents, verify applications, and update records. Complete lease agreements, collect deposits and application fees. Introduce residents to apartment procedures and promote positive relations.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales and customer service is essential. Lease-up and renovation experience required. High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work weekends.
Salary range: $23.00-$25.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts.
