ProSidian Seeks a Project Controls/Project Management Analyst [DOE0013012] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project Controls/Project Management Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) engagement, involving Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO). Provide services and support as a Project Controls/Project Management Analyst (General Support Services for Hanford Field Office) in the Environmental Management Industry focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH. Generally located in CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region. Acquisition and project management services streamline contracts, control risks, and drive efficient Hanford mission execution. Responsibilities and Duties

Develop/maintain schedules, EVMS reporting, risk integration, and performance reporting. Provide acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis. Project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement and earned value management, and project direction support. Location: Pacific Northwest Region, near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Work site address (subject to change): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354. Qualifications

Desired Qualifications for Project Controls/Project Management Analyst (DOE0013012): 710+ years in project controls/EVMS; DOE project experience preferred. BS in Engineering/Business; PMP/EVP preferred. This position aligns with Environmental Management Sector functional and technical requirements and principally supports Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management functional area disciplines. Skills Assist program and project management support in daily activities; focus on Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management activities. Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, reporting. Competencies Analytical rigor, problem-solving, communication. Ancillary Details

Integrate risk registers with milestone forecasts. Functional attributes include Project controls / PM analytics. Job tasks related to Hanford Field Office GSS with staffing levels subject to change +/-15%. Travel as coordinated with the technical POC and approved in writing by the CO in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security requirements: Facility Clearance for ProSidian team members and DOE clearance as indicated in the task description when required. Place of performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, Washington. Government-furnished resources: Office space, computer workstations, and required software provided at HFO; work conducted predominantly on-site with some remote support as approved. Other Details
