Come build a future with us. Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join the Intel Federal organization as a Federal Capture Manager. Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intels business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies. Intel Federal works with and across the defense industrial base (DIB) and systems integrator (SI) ecosystem to deliver mission solutions to USG customers. Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intels business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors. The Federal Capture Manager will create and execute capture strategies aimed at securing government contracts, grants and research programs with various federal agencies aligned with Intel Federals mission. The Capture Manager will provide leadership, critical thought, and a customer-focused mindset to winning business opportunities, as well as collaborate with an external ecosystem such as the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), system integrators, and others key to achieving business and financial goals. You will also work with other key stakeholders to develop winning strategies and solutions as well as lead the bid and proposal process. The position reports to the Director of Federal Capture Management and is an Individual Contributor role. The Federal Capture Manager will focus on winning solution and services opportunities that accelerate Intel Government Technologies product development roadmaps and sales. Specific duties include but not limited to: Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of program execution. Leads complex business transactions across multiple suppliers, partners, and business units supporting Intels pathfinding, development, and manufacturing supply chain from the strategy, sourcing, deal conception, negotiation, to execution/contract closure stages while identifying efficiencies and improvements to the program execution lifecycle. Collaborates with Intel engineering/technical and business specialists to synthesize technical, commercial, financial, and industry inputs to build business strategies. Influences business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals. Exhibits deep knowledge of government contract regulations and requirements, information security, audit and compliance, and other procedures. Exhibits deep technical knowledge of product development processes and roadmaps for government solution offerings. Leverages technical expertise to align government program technology requirements with Intels technical capabilities and ensures broad alignment between Intel Government Technologies product portfolio and Intels government contract portfolio. Represents Intel and the program office with external government customers, partners, agencies, and officials. Establishes and maintains relationships with external partners, regulators, auditors, customers, and opinion formers. Qualifications: The minimum qualifications are required to be considered for this position. Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance. Bachelors degree in a technical or business field (MBA) or in a STEM related field of study. Minimum 6+ years of experience in roles executing federal capture management, business development, proposal development and writing, sales, or related roles. Experience in federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g. FAR/DFARS), and contracting vehicles. Experience in leading small and medium capture efforts and winning contracts in US Public Sector markets. Experience with Shipley Business Development Lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications: Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level. Experience with Intel technology, products and or capabilities. Experience pursuing and winning government opportunities in the product development and solution domain. Experience driving government program capture internationally. Experience in leading large scale capture efforts and winning contracts in US Public Sector markets. Proficiency with GovWin and DACIS government business intelligence platforms.
