We are looking for an AI Developer (m/f/d)to enhance AI-driven Customer Care Platforms. You will design and implement GenAI components for customer-facing chat and voice agents, contributing to pioneering solutions in customer support automation. Project Technologies

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field OR relevant professional experience. Several years’ experience in AI/ML development, ideally in Customer Care solutions. Strong Python and NLP framework skills. Hands-on expertise with Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services). Deep understanding of Azure cloud architectures and microservices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps. Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. Language Requirements
English: B2 or higher German: Advantageous Main Tasks
Design and implement AI modules within GenAI agents for chat and voice interfaces. Support multi-model inference flows (embedding-based search, STT/NLU pipelines). Integrate AI agents with cross-company APIs using MCP for dynamic action execution. Maintain and optimize RAG-based retrieval systems; assist with prompt iteration and testing. Collaborate with senior engineers and DevOps to deploy models/APIs on scalable Kubernetes/Azure setups. Support logging, monitoring, and evaluation workflows (experiment tracking, feedback loops). Handle anonymized or sensitive user data in compliance with GDPR and data governance. Contribute to documentation, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Why Join Us?
