A Client Service Associate role is now available for our Financial Services client. A prestigious position to work with wealth management professionals that care about their clients, and their people.
Responsibilities
Provide new client onboarding and associated paper work processing providing accurate document preparation and diligent processing of client forms and applications. Facilitate account opening and maintenance for existing financial planning clients. Ensure full transfer of assets where applicable Facilitate alternative investments as well as annuities, life insurance and 529 investments. Work directly with account custodians and investment platform providers as necessary. Partner with Advisory Team and Client Service Team to fulfill financial investment client needs. Serve as the primary means to the financial advisors to facilitate opening accounts and servicing clients. Qualifications
Must have financial services, wealth management industry experience. Benefits
