Overview

Senior HR Business Partner at The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods United States (Framingham, MA area). This position is based at a TJX home office; includes collaboration with Centers of Expertise and HR Operations Support Center to guide the acquisition, development, engagement and retention of TJX Associates within assigned client organizations. Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to build and execute talent strategies, including organizational development, learning & development, performance management, and talent development. Collaborate with functional leaders to ensure the organization and culture are designed around strategic growth and performance goals. Enable continuous improvement and change management. Provide high-level coaching and counsel to leaders. Influence and support the organizations Talent Agenda, guiding acquisition, development and retention of TJX Associates. Provide thought partnership to business and HR partners to understand and plan for future talent and organizational needs. Partner with leadership on accelerating talent, ensuring succession readiness and supporting overall business growth. Facilitate executive development assessments and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities. Architect solutions for future global talent needs and drive a strategic learning culture with leaders and learning partners. Champion culture, inclusion & diversity, and wellbeing within function/s. Collaborate in managing compensation and benefits programs and support high levels of employee engagement. Advocate use of performance management and feedback mechanisms for frequent, candid communication. Support the TJX Inclusion and Diversity Framework. Who We Are Looking For

Bachelors Degree or equivalent 7+ years of comparable HRBP experience; experience in Recruiting, Organizational Development, or Talent Management a plus Understanding of Employment Law and experience managing Employee Relations Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Experience supporting a dynamic, large-scale business function Experience in a high-growth organization MBA and/or HR Certification a plus Demonstrated knowledge of HR strategy, policies and processes and their implementation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal partners in a changing environment Ability to coach, consult and partner with business leaders; use business acumen to craft pragmatic solutions Ability to influence decision making through data analytics and storytelling Strong learning agility, critical thinking, and strategic mindset Cultural competence and ability to adapt approach Pragmatic problem-solving skills balanced with responsiveness to daily business needs Track record as a strategic business partner delivering HR strategy aligned with business goals Experience supporting Inclusion and Diversity initiatives Full lifecycle project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects Strong team-building, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Benefits & Compensation

Actual starting pay determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible for annual incentive and long-term incentives. Location
