The HRIS Analyst II is responsible for developing solutions for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining the Workday HCM system, under the guidance of the Director, HR Information Systems. This role serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for HR Information Systems, ensuring data integrity, testing, changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst II also supports upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. This position reports to the Director, HR Information Systems. Position Responsibilities

Oversees the daily operation of Workday. Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, identifies major variations from established policy and system configuration. Supports Workday by leading research and issue resolution, testing solutions, and communicating resolutions to customers. Diagnoses and troubleshoots system issues including data errors, security, process, and integration issues with a focus on root cause analysis and creative problem-solving. Analyzes errors and utilizes resources such as Workday Community to drive resolutions. Leads deployment of Workday bi-annual releases, enhancements, and upgrades, including change management with process owners. Participates in and sometimes leads the design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Workday changes, issues, and enhancements. Supports and develops maintenance of inbound/outbound Workday HCM integrations to third-party vendors including payroll and benefits providers. Performs data uploads into Workday as needed (EIB). Develops test plans and project plans for upgrades/new functionalities. Creates and updates documentation and training/quick reference guides for system implementations, upgrades, and modifications, providing communication as needed. Conducts training, developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains SMEs, HR, managers, and associates on new processes/functionality. Develops and maintains reports, hubs, and dashboards, working with teams to interpret data. Runs and distributes scheduled reports and supports ad-hoc report requests. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge And Experience

Five or more years of experience with HR Information System configuration and support. Experience working within HR department preferred. Experience with Workday configuration and administration (Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Timekeeping). Advanced knowledge of Workday domains, data structures, and reporting (Core HCM, Reporting, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, Payroll). Outstanding customer service skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to consult with stakeholders and interpret metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Self-motivated with results-driven focus and accountability. Education and Certification

Bachelors degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience. Workday Pro certification(s) desirable.
