We are looking for Mortgage Document Review Specialist to review various mortgage documents and correspondences. We are looking for someone who can verify documents and files for accuracy, discrepancies and ensure the files are compliant and up to standard. Analyze each file, ensuring the information is accurate and complete. May need to ensure all types of income, all product types including ethical and salable residential mortgage documents and consumer documents Validates the data entry to the appropriate System and evaluate all applicable documentation as required by job function and conditions accordingly. Qualifications

Experience in a law firm is preferred. Minimum 2 years work experience. Experience in high volume transaction processing. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills, including work prioritization and multi-tasking. Excellent research skills and the ability to work in multiple systems and with multiple departments to solve problems.
