Key Account Director (KAD)
will be responsible for increasing revenue and managing assigned key accounts, identifying, negotiating, and securing new development and commercial supply agreements. The Account Director will lead Jubilant's customer-centric approach to bring solutions to key partners to achieve organic growth aligned with the organization's strategic plans. The KAD will manage the budget for existing commercial accounts and meet or exceed targets for new business development and revenue. Special strategic assignments may be required. Strategically drive increased profitable revenue, account penetration, and engagement points for key accounts. Develop and drive innovative solutions to differentiate Jubilant's service offerings within key accounts while continually improving customer satisfaction. Manage key account revenue and profitability budget. Establish clearly defined financial objectives for customers. Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively manage the customer P&L to meet/exceed objectives. Build and develop multi-level relationships, including executives, with customers and within Jubilant. Be fully conversant with the customer business model, competition, market, and needs. Coordinate with Customer Service/Commercialization, Finance, Legal, and Sr. Management to oversee day-to-day requirements of business relationships including pricing, contract extensions/amendments, forecasting, periodic business review meetings, and other customer service issues. Ensure timely, effective, open, and accurate communication within Jubilant, as well as with accounts, on a consistent basis. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences (or related field) required. 7+ years of relevant account management experience required. Pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated industry experience desired. B2B experience desired. Advanced vocational/specialized knowledge required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. CRM software experience (Salesforce.com) desired. Prolonged sitting and standing required. Extensive travel (50%+) required. Shift

Remote , full-time position. Hiring wage:
$203,400 - $263,200
