Licensed Nursing Assistant - Saint Albans, VT

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a Nursing and Rehab Facility in Saint Albans, VT. This per-diem role involves supporting patients' daily needs, promoting recovery, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Why Join Us? Impactful Work: Support patients' recovery journeys in a mission-driven healthcare setting. Qualifications Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program. Licensure/Certifications: Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification. Current BLS certification. Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living), vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols. Soft Skills: Compassion, strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff. Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety. Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic care. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment.
