Power Platform Developer
to support automation and modernization efforts within a mission-critical federal environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power Platform solutions while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and security standards. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide automation and data visualization initiatives that directly support federal operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards). Administer and maintain the automation and visualization platform for performance, security, and availability. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on features, services, and best practices. Ensure compliance with ACC governance frameworks across all applications and dashboards. Integrate workflows and business logic into enterprise environments to streamline mission-critical processes. Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions with government leads. Create and maintain technical and non-technical documentation for all developed tools. Support ticket resolution for application-related issues within defined timelines. Collaborate with both government and commercial automation platforms for enhanced interoperability. Participate in technical communities of practice and contribute to the ACC modernization roadmap. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in application development, business automation, or data visualization. Proficiency in: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Power Automate Power BI Microsoft SharePoint 2016 & SharePoint Online Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Visio Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate directly with end users and leadership Experience in developing training materials and delivering end-user instruction. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Dataverse, Microsoft Lists, or REST API integrations. Experience leading initiatives in Army 365 or DoD environments. Knowledge of Agile or DevSecOps frameworks. Experience participating in governance boards or technical review committees.
