As a Senior Consultant, you will take the lead in managing client engagements and implementing solutions that drive impactful results. Your role includes: Managing project workstreams and ensuring successful client interactions. Conducting operational meetings with clients to align on objectives. Preparing and presenting organized, compelling reports to both clients and internal teams. Mentoring junior consultants and ensuring high-quality deliverables. What You Will Need: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in consumer banking, preferably in a consulting role. A Bachelor's degree. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Strong knowledge in areas such as: Consumer Banking regulations and compliance Operational improvement Technology strategy and governance Business architecture and operating models Process improvement and automation Change management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored for various audiences. Willingness to travel up to 75% for client projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all deliverables. Experience leading client service delivery teams effectively. What Would Be Nice to Have: Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred. Relevant certifications (CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, etc.). The annual salary range for this position is $107,000.00-$178,000.00, with compensation dependent on various factors including skills, experience, and relevant certifications.
